About the event
This workshop is about you. In this busy world, we often forget to take time for ourselves.
Join us and experience the peacefulness that comes from being out in nature, in the presence of our horses.
- Tea, coffee, snacks, greetings, introductions.
- Visit with the herd.
- Grounding meditation, setting intentions in the presence of the horses.
- Discussion about ways that we can give back to ourselves.
- Nutritious lunch.
- Make a body cream, using all natural ingredients.
- Time with the horses, 'just being'.
- Make a beautiful decoration to take home.
- Closing circle
Lunch will be provided and snacks throughout the day.
You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
