THE ANSWERS YOU NEED
I HAVE NEVER RIDDEN BEFORE, DO I HAVE TO RIDE?
You don't need any previous experience with horses. The experience we offer is about being with a horse and having horses around you, this is different than going to a riding establishment to have a lesson.
I'M SCARED OF HORSES.
That's ok, we are here to support you through that, our horses are kind and gentle. There are no expectations put on you or the horses through the sessions and workshops.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
As you will be around horses it is advised that you wear good footwear with enclosed toes, to prevent any possible injury. We are predominately outside, so check the weather and dress accordingly. In the summer bring bug spray, although this is also provided.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual(s). You will be greeted by our EAL facilitators, Pauline and Alex. There will be a brief safety talk regarding horses and then the individualized session will begin.
