This workshop is about you. In this busy world, we often forget to take time for ourselves.

Your afternoon of self love will include a gentle meditation to help you relax and forget the outside world. We will discuss ways that we can give back to ourselves. We will make a body cream, using all natural ingredients and a beautiful decoration for you to take home. Then we will end our afternoon by spending time with our horses, "just being."

Lunch will be provided and snacks throughout the day.

You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
