The Power of Change

If you are experiencing a change in your life, then this workshop is for you!

With the help of our horses, we will help you navigate through this change, looking at the positives it can bring, whilst acknowledging any loss or overwhelm that you may feel right now.

The day will include:

• Mindfulness exercises, learning to listen to your body and what your body is needing.
• Learning about horses and why they are such incredible partners for us in this work.
• Spending time observing our herd.
• A discussion about change and all that it brings.
• Exercises with the horses, on the ground. No riding is involved.
• Time in nature.
• A healthy lunch and snacks throughout the day.
