Spring is officially here, so come and see us at Eunoia to spring clean your life!
During the course of the day we'll examine strategies that will help you feel de-cluttered and refreshed, creating much needed space in your life. We'll observe nature awakening after the winter and we'll spend time outside with the horses. There will also be an opportunity to create something special to celebrate spring!
Horses live in the present moment and have a high state of awareness. Spending time in the presence of a horse can help you be fully present and aware of your body, your feelings and your thoughts. The awareness you gain from this, can help you see the path forward to gain greater clarity in your life!
Lunch will be provided and snacks throughout the day.
No horse experience is necessary.
