During the afternoon, we will spend time with the horses and explore what is holding you back from making that dream a reality.

Horses live in the present moment and have a high state of awareness. Being in the presence of a horse can help you also become fully present and more aware of your body, your feelings and your thoughts. The awareness you gain, can help you see the path forward to greater clarity in your life.

Lunch will be provided and snacks throughout the day.

No horse experience is necessary.
